ECHO's Quality
ECHO Broadband manages quality by a hierarchical
system of procedures - our corporate procedures and processes set
the standards to be followed in all project specific guidelines;
such as the types of control measures, the auditing principles and
the documentation standards to be used.
ECHO believes the ability to exceed customer's
expectations is fundamental to the success of any project. The existence
of effective and well documented quality procedures will always
prove the credibility of the project team and increase the client's
confidence over the deliverables.
Our stringent checks, benchmarking and
auditing processes exist to ensure that all products comply with
the agreed specifications and the highest levels of quality.
In 2005 we decided to seek independent
accredited confirmation of our management procedures and are pleased
to have been awarded DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
In April 2008, the regular ISO audit review confirmed our
ongoing commitment to Quality.
